Nestlé to Use Natural Refrigerants on all Ice Cream Freezers in 2015

Nestlé said it is extending a European initiative, to buy natural refrigerants instead of synthetic ones, globally from January 2015. The company said it will choose natural refrigerants rather than synthetic refrigerants for every new horizontal chest freezer it buys to store ice cream, representing 70 percent of Nestlé’s total spend on freezers.
